This website is operated by Divas d.o.o. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Divas d.o.o. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose, nor may you violate any laws (including copyright laws).

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of the Service or designs without our express written permission.

SECTION 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include Slovenian VAT.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in the cart.

SECTION 4 – PURCHASE PROCESS (CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT)

The technical steps for concluding a sales contract are:

  1. Selection: Add products to the shopping cart.

  2. Checkout: Enter delivery and payment information.

  3. Review: Review the order and total costs.

  4. Confirmation: By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding offer.

  5. Acceptance: The contract is concluded when you receive the "Order Confirmation" email. The contract is stored in electronic form by the controller.

SECTION 5 – MADE-TO-ORDER

Made-to-order: For products made according to consumer instructions (Made-to-Order), the right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in accordance with Article 135 of ZVPot-1. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF DATA

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 7 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 8 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over disputes.

  • Out-of-court settlement of disputes: Divas d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
