Shipping policy

In-stock items: All in-stock items are shipped within 1–4 business days.

Custom-made items and pre-orders: These items are shipped 1–4 days after the production process is completed. Production time is specific to each piece and is listed on the individual product page.

Delivery methods: Shipments are delivered via Post Slovenian or other reliable courier services.

Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a manual notification via email containing a tracking number.

Shipping costs: Costs are calculated at checkout (in the cart) and may change according to the current price lists of our carriers.

Local pickup (Ljubljana): We offer free local pickup at our studio in Slovenia. To pick up your purchase, a prior appointment must be made via kaja@jkh-identity.com.

Pickup location: JKH identity STUDIO, Gosposvetska cesta 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
