Refund policy

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Mandatory Notification: You must inform us of your intention to return the product before shipping the package at kaja@jkh-identity.com. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are excluded from the possibility of return or exchange:

  • Custom-made items (Made-to-Measure): All products made to your specific measurements or personal specifications.
  • Pre-orders: Products ordered specifically for you as part of a pre-order campaign.
  • Gift cards.
  • Specific goods: Magazines, books, or notebooks.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If the refund is approved, you can choose between:

Refund to the original payment method: The amount will be credited to your account, excluding the original shipping costs.

Store credit: You will receive a digital gift card in the value of the returned item (excluding shipping) for a future purchase on our site. Note: Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to be visible in your account.

SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation on distance selling, both regular-priced and discounted items can be returned within the 14-day period. However, shipping costs remain non-refundable, and the cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if they do not fit you (subject to availability). To start the exchange process, email us at kaja@jkh-identity.com and send the item to the address: Divas d.o.o., Vrhovčeva ul. 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

SHIPPING THE RETURN

Return your product to the address: Divas d.o.o., Vrhovčeva ul. 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will actually receive your returned goods.
