OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Divas d.o.o. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Divas d.o.o. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or designs without express written permission by us.

3 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• All prices are in Euros (€) and include Slovenian VAT (DDV) at the applicable rate.

• Shipping costs are not included in the price and are calculated at checkout.

SECTION 4 – THE ORDER PROCESS (CONTRACT FORMATION)

In accordance with Slovenian consumer legislation, the technical steps to conclude a purchase agreement are:

1. Selection: You select products and add them to your shopping cart.

2. Checkout: You enter your shipping and billing information.

3. Review: You review your order, including total costs and shipping.

4. Confirmation: By clicking “Place Order” or “Pay Now,” you submit a binding offer to purchase.

5. Acceptance: The contract is officially concluded when you receive a “Confirmation of Order” email from us. We store the contract electronically; you may request a copy at kaja@jkh-identity.com.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS (MADE-TO-ORDER)

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately.

• Made-to-Order: For products manufactured according to your precise instructions or personalized specifications (Custom/Made-to-Order), the right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 135 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). Once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 7 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana.

• Out-of-Court Settlement: Divas d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent.

SPLOŠNI POGOJI POSLOVANJA

To spletno mesto upravlja podjetje Divas d.o.o. Izrazi »mi«, »nas« in »naš« se nanašajo na podjetje Divas d.o.o. Z obiskom našega spletnega mesta in/ali nakupom pri nas se vključite v našo »storitev« in se strinjate, da vas zavezujejo naslednji pogoji in določila.

1. ČLEN – POGOJI SPLETNE TRGOVINE

S strinjanjem s temi splošnimi pogoji izjavljate, da ste v državi svojega prebivališča polnoletni. Naših izdelkov ne smete uporabljati za kakršen koli nezakonit namen, prav tako ne smete kršiti nobene zakonodaje (vključno z avtorskimi pravicami).

2. ČLEN – SPLOŠNI POGOJI

Pridržujemo si pravico, da kadar koli zavrnemo storitev komur koli. Strinjate se, da brez našega izrecnega pisnega dovoljenja ne boste razmnoževali, kopirali ali izkoriščali katerega koli dela storitve ali dizajnov.

3. ČLEN – CENE IN PLAČILA

Cene se lahko spremenijo brez predhodnega obvestila.

• Vse cene so v Evrih (€) in vključujejo slovenski DDV.

• Stroški dostave se obračunajo ob zaključku nakupa v košarici.

4. ČLEN – POSTOPEK NAKUPA (SKLENITEV POGODBE)

Tehnični koraki za sklenitev kupoprodajne pogodbe so:

1. Izbira: Izdelke dodate v nakupovalno košarico.

2. Blagajna: Vnesete podatke za dostavo in plačilo.

3. Pregled: Pregledate naročilo in skupne stroške.

4. Potrditev: S klikom na gumb »Oddaj naročilo« oddate zavezujočo ponudbo.

5. Sprejem: Pogodba je sklenjena, ko prejmete e-pošto »Potrdilo o prejemu naročila«. Pogodba je shranjena v elektronski obliki pri upravljavcu.

5. ČLEN – IZDELAVA PO MERI (MADE-TO-ORDER)

• Izdelava po meri: Za izdelke, izdelane po navodilih potrošnika (Made-to-Order), je pravica do odstopa od pogodbe izključena skladno s 135. členom ZVPot-1. Ko se proizvodnja začne, naročil ni mogoče preklicati.

6. ČLEN – TOČNOST PODATKOV

Pridržujemo si pravico do zavrnitve naročila. Strinjate se, da boste zagotovili točne podatke o nakupu in računu.

7. ČLEN – VARSTVO OSEBNIH PODATKOV

Uporabo osebnih podatkov ureja naša Politika zasebnosti.

8. ČLEN – VELJAVNA ZAKONODAJA IN REŠEVANJE SPOROV

Te pogoje ureja zakonodaja Republike Slovenije. Za spore je pristojno sodišče v Ljubljani.

• Izvensodno reševanje sporov: Divas d.o.o. ne priznava nobenega izvajalca izvensodnega reševanja potrošniških sporov.
